Academic Identity
Dr. Lufan Zhang is a distinguished academic writer and researcher in Macro-micro Motion Platform Technologies. Currently, he serves as associate professor at Henan University of Technology, leading the Microelectronics Manufacturing Laboratory and supervising graduate students in Related Robotics Major.
Research Focus & Contributions
With over 15 years of research experience, Lufan Zhang focuses on Macro-micro Motion Platform Technologies, addressing gaps in Microelectronics Manufacturing Field such as the design, modeling, optimization, vibration isolation and so on in Macro-micro Motion Platform.
